Empathic, pragmatic psychotherapy, providing relief & building long-term resilience in fewer sessions.
Hello, I’m Sophie, a trainee psychotherapist. As I complete the final stage of my training, I am offering a limited number of clinical hours for room hire cost only (£15 per session). I work under expert clinical supervision and provide an initial 20-minute consultation to ensure we are the right fit.
Moving beyond traditional talk therapy, I use scientifically-backed techniques designed to achieve tangible results. My approach focuses on providing you with practical tools for self-managed, lasting recovery.
I offer in-person sessions near Richmond, Chiswick Park and Acton Central stations.

My approach
Practical therapeutic methods, leading the way to meaningful change
Practical therapeutic methods, leading the way to meaningful change
I offer modern, practical psychotherapy that draws on the latest neuroscientific discoveries & psychology research to provide the most effective therapeutic solutions. My aim is to get you up and out living your life at your best in as few sessions as possible.
This is a great chance to benefit from a service that will cost £120 per session from November 2026, so, if something isn’t working quite right in your life & you feel you need a bit of help quickly, this could be the chance to work with an expert (in training!), to make a change that lasts.
This type of therapy assumes there are two experts in the room - you & me! Solutions are co-created, with us identifying what you need & how to get there fastest. Our sessions will leave you feeling more empowered & positive from the start.
