My approach
I offer modern, practical psychotherapy that draws on the latest neuroscientific discoveries and psychology research to provide effective therapeutic solutions from across the broad ranging psychotherapy sector - aimed to get you up and out living your life at your best as soon as possible.
This is a great chance to benefit from a service that will cost £120 per session in a year’s time. So, if something isn’t working quite right in your life and you feel you need a bit of help quickly, this could be the chance to work with an expert (in training!), to really make a change that lasts.

My process
Healing begins with one small, intentional step
This type of therapy assumes there are two experts in the room - you and me! Solutions are co-created, with us working out what you need and how to get there fastest, and sessions will leave you feeling more empowered and positive from the start!
My background: Before retraining I worked as the CEO of a medical charity. I hold a BA in Psychology from Durham University, qualified with distinction as a Trainee Psychotherapist by the Human Givens Institute, with Foundation Certificate in Couple Counselling and Psychotherapy from the Tavistock Centre for Couples Relationships, and published author on Childhood Attachment.
Friends & family: Psychotherapists are advised not to work directly with friends and family. If you fall into this category and would like to take advantage of a similar service, you might like to contact fellow trainee, Stuart Gill, who is also operating in the Chiswick and Richmond area offering free sessions. ***Link to go here***
