I will help you understand the mechanics of why you feel the way you do, such as how the brain triggers a panic response or why rumination keeps depression in place. We will use proven techniques to calm your nervous system and clear the mental fog, allowing you to regain a sense of control. The goal is to provide you with a toolkit of skills that you can use immediately to reduce distress and start feeling like yourself again in a relatively short period of time.
